Correct Farsightedness ::
Farsightedness, or hyperopia, affects almost 1 in 4 Americans. Without treatment, these farsighted people will endure headaches and eye strain, feeling fatigued when they perform near point tasks.
If you are affected - fear not! Here you will learn how to cure farsightedness with daily eye exercises and see clearly without glasses. Knowing how to improve vision naturally will set you on a path of good vision health for life.
The Causes of Hyperopia
Hyperopia is the inability to focus on objects at a close range. It is caused by the eyeball being too short, focusing light rays at a point behind the eyeball.
The extraocular muscles may be unable to relax, squeezing the eyeball, or the ciliary muscle may not be able to contract enough upon the lens to focus at a close range. Farsightedness is slightly different from aging vision (presbyopia) which can make pre-existing hyperopia become more evident.

Glasses and Contact Lenses
When your optometrist diagnoses you as being farsighted, it will set you on a path of wearing corrective lenses for the rest of your life.
Glasses and contact lenses bend light differently into your eyes, which corrects farsightedness on a superficial level - but does nothing to give you better vision naturally. In fact, it is well-documented that wearing glasses or contacts actually makes your eyesight worse.
When a muscles is not used, it tends toward atrophy. It becomes weak and loses function. So to reverse the damaging effects of corrective lenses - and the effects of eye strain causing farsightedness - eye exercises are key.
LASIK Eye Surgery
Some people turn to LASIK eye surgery to improve vision. This involves the use of a laser to precisely "burn off" part of your cornea (the protective layer outside your eyeball which also acts as a lens). This refracts the light differently into your eye, but does not prevent further vision deterioration due to hyperopia.
On average, LASIK eye surgery costs $3,000 and it has a good safety record. However, it does not boast a 100% success rate. Thousands of people who endured the pain and discomfort of laser eye surgery still have to wear glasses today, because there is no guarantee of restoring 20/20 vision.

Eye Exercises to Cure Farsightedness
Eye exercises address the underlying causes of hyperopia. They improve vision naturally and unlike the alternatives they won't break the bank!
First invented over 100 years ago and used all around the world today, eye exercises are proven to effectively treat refractive errors in farsightedness. They are also great at correcting other common vision problems like nearsightedness (myopia), astigmatism and even aging vision (presbyopia).
Yet many people are still skeptical. In my research into eye exercises, I am often disappointed when I see them receiving bad press. In my experience (having been nearsighted with astigmatism for the last 15 years) I reduced my glasses prescription by 50% in a matter of weeks.
So why do people still debate the power of eye exercises to improve vision?
There are a few reasons:
- Eye Exercise Scams - in any online market, scams will inevitably arise. Unfortunately, there are some unscrupulous people offering fake eye exercises just to make money.
- The Wrong Exercises - some vision training programs, although genuine, are poorly researched and offer the same eye exercises for different conditions, whether the users are short sighted or long sighted.
- Lack of Commitment - you must perform eye exercises fairly consistently for several weeks, but some people give up after a few days and subsequently label them as worthless.
In short, if you follow a reputable program and stick to a short daily routine, you have an excellent chance of success with eye strengthening exercises.
I did - and was amazed to see my myopia improve after just three days. Within a matter of weeks, I went to see my optometrist and was delighted to have my prescription reduced for the first time ever.
I went from being "moderately" nearsighted (at -3.00 diopters) to "mildly" nearsighted (at -2.00 diopters). To put that in context, lenses don't come any weaker than -1.00 diopters, so I was exactly halfway in a matter of weeks.
This first-hand experience proved to me that eye exercises really do work fast and effectively - so what's stopping you from doing the same?
The Rebuild Your Vision Program
If you've read my story, you'll see that I tried several different eye exercise programs in my quest to cure my nearsightedness. There was one vision training program that stood head and shoulders above the rest: the Rebuild Your Vision program for better vision naturally.
Rebuild Your Vision is a 30-day schedule, involving 25 minutes of daily eye exercises. It offers different exercises for farsightedness, since you need to strengthen a different set of eye muscles. All the schedules include 5 minutes of rather blissful relaxation exercises each day.
After 30 days, some people have perfect 20/20 vision and are able to throw their glasses away! Others will need to continue a little longer to cure their hyperopia for perfect vision.
The great thing is, you will notice small changes in your vision within the first few days - and from there the improvements will just keep getting better and better.
In time you will no longer suffer from farsightedness at all. You will have natural, healthy eyesight and in turn reduce the risk of developing macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts as you age.
