What's important is that most people see some positive effect on their own vision within the first few days or weeks. Once you realize what's possible, you will be motivated to keep improving your eyesight daily with these simple techniques.
My Eye Exercise ResultsI followed the Rebuild Your Vision schedule almost every day for 53 days. When I went to my optometrist for an eye test, she reduced my prescription for the first time in 15 years since I first developed myopia as a child. By that point I had improved my vision from -3.25 / -3.00 to -2.25 / -2.00 diopters. I was halfway to needing no prescription at all, which occurs at -1.00 diopters. Do Eye Exercises Work for Everyone?The eye exercises in Rebuild Your Vision are based on the extensive work done by Dr William H Bates, MD, who pioneered vision training in the early 20th century.
